Sunday brunch in your own room
If you want your own room for a shared Sunday brunch, you can still get the food from the shared buffet with other guests, but you have the room to yourself.
Minimum number of envelopes to pay for:
The hall: Minimum 65 adult seats
Restaurant 2+3: Minimum 25 adult seats
Samsø: Minimum 12 adult envelopes

For larger groups of more than 6 people, it cannot be guaranteed that you will be seated at one table, but we will place the tables close to each other.
If you want your own room for a shared Christmas buffet, the food will still be collected from the shared buffet together with the other guests - but you will have the room to yourself.

Restaurant 2+3: Paid for a minimum of 25 adult seats

Monthly menu
Our monthly menu is always an experience, and there is the option to purchase a 4th or 5th course if you want the evening to be extra cozy. A delicious wine menu has been put together for the menu by our restaurant manager, but there are of course other options if you would rather choose a bottle from the menu.
Winter
In the winter we have lit the fireplace, and the seats here are always in demand. The atmosphere spreads quickly as the warmth fills the room and the sound of crackling firewood is heard.
Summer
In the summer, the seats in the glass arcade are the most popular. It is bright and nice here, and you can look out onto the terrace with the small fountain in the middle. When the weather permits, there is the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy the food, drink and sun. Even though we are located in the middle of the city, you will experience a wonderful peace in the garden. For the long, bright summer nights, we of course have lights on the terrace and a blanket if necessary.
Service
Our waiters provide a friendly atmosphere and are always ready to offer advice and guidance on wine or food. They are carefully selected to work at Hotel Kirstine and all share a passion for the service profession.
Lounge area
After dinner, you can enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of cognac or a cocktail in the lounge area. It is a cozy living room with large soft furnishings and a nice atmosphere - a lovely way to end the evening.
