Hotel Kirstine reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit/debit card before your arrival. Hotel Kirstine does not charge your credit card, but your credit card is only used as a guarantee for your reservation. If you use a debit card* for your order, your bank will reserve the amount for 30 days. If, after your stay, you wish to have the money released before the 30 days have passed, you must contact the hotel directly with your reservation number, and the hotel will help release the money. Hotel Kirstine can notify your bank via DIBS to release the amount, but only your bank can delete the reservation of the amount.

All prices are stated per room per night and includes service and 25% VAT. Please note that some offers cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed.

Reservations made on our website can be changed by contacting the hotel directly. In the event of a change, reservations are made for possible price increases.

*Debit cards are Visa Electron, Maestro or MasterCard Direct.

Please note that we charge a card fee. Private payment cards as well as company cards issued outside the EU, Norway and Iceland will be subject to a fee.
