Served with fresh herbs, green oil and consummé

Allergens: Egg, Fish, Sulphur dioxide

 

Beetroot tatare with chopped capers and red onion

Served with pickled red onion, tarragon mayonnaise and egg yolk mousse

Allergens: Egg, Mustard

 

Main course: Pheasant cooked in white sauce

Served with honey glazed apples, lingonberry, sautéed brussel sproud in brown butter, crispy kale and fondant potatoes
