Terms of payment

Guarantee for the booking
Hotel Kirstine reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit or debit card, before you arrive at the hotel. Hotel Kirstine does not debit your card, however your card is used as a guarantee to secure the booking. After departure, Hotel Kirstine will release the pre-authorisation.
Should you provide a debit card* as a guarantee for the booking, please beware that you bank can hold the pre-authorization for up to 30 days. Should you wish to lift the pre-authorisation before that, kindly contact your bank to do so.
All prices are listed per room, per night and includes service and VAT of 25%. Please note that some offers cannot be cancelled, changes or refunded.
Bookings made from our website can only be changed or cancelled by contacting Hotel Kirstine directly. Should you require a change to a booking, please beware of a possible price increase.

*Debit card is Visa Electon, Maestro or MasterCard Direct.

We take a creditcard fee. Private creditcards and company creditcards outside of EU including, Norway and Iceland will be charged a creditcard fee.
